Tulane Center of Biomedical Research Excellent in Sex-based Precision Medicine (COBRE-SPM) grant supports the establishment of the Sex-based Precision Medicine Research Core (SPMRC). Under the leadership of Dr. David Crosslin, SPMRC will serve as a unique resource for SPM investigators seeking support for experimental design, refinement, data quality control, management, integration, analysis, interpretation, and report generation. It will foster data exchange and collaboration across individual COBRE projects.
The SPMRC will serve Research Project Leaders, Pilot Project Leaders, and the broader Tulane research community, delivering support and services in biostatistics and bioinformatics for a wide range of population, clinical, animal, molecular, and genomic studies related to sex differences.
